Pair of /columns with Different Selectivity | Retain Polar on one non-Polar on the other | Great for LC-MS of Metabolites | Economical Way to Buy These Columns

These development kits are a combination of the Cogent Diamond Hydride™ & the Cogent Bidentate C18™ columns. They are often used together in a 2D-LCMS system to develop metabolomes or identify metabolites. These two columns can be used for any ANP / HILIC / RP method development.

The Diamond Hydride™ is used to retain polar compounds in aqueous normal phase (ANP) HPLC with acidic or basic mobile phases.

The Bidentate C18™ is used to retain non-polar compounds in reversed phase or depending on your samples, in ANP.

NOTE: Our technical support team strongly recommends that the Cogent column filter to protect your column, included with each column, be used with all HPLC columns whenever possible.
